Mary C. Toole

Mary is a shareholder in the firm of Toole, Carlin & Powers, P.A.. She is president of the Board of Directors of the Maine Bar Foundation; Secretary of the Board of the Southern Maine Agency on Aging; past member of the Board of Legal Services for the Elderly, Inc.; member of the Maine Bar Association and its Elder Law Section; on the Board of Trustees of Andover College; a member of the Board of the Justice Action Group; and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Mary is a native of Bangor, Maine. She graduated from the University of Maine in Orono, Maine, and New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She also attended Boston University's LLM program in tax law. Mary resides on Peaks Island, Maine, and has two children.
