Maggie Martin, Paralegal

Maggie Martin is a paralegal with Toole, Carlin & Powers, P.A., and focuses her work in Decedent Estates, Guardianships and Conservatorships. She works closely with each client in their role as personal representative of the decedent's estate, or as guardian and/or conservator of an estate. She is primarily responsible for the preparation of estate inventories and estate accountings; however, she also assists the attorneys in the many aspects of elder law and estate planning. Maggie joined our firm after moving to Maine from Vermont. She comes to us with 18 years of experience in the legal field, working as a Corporate Paralegal, Legal Secretary, and Bookkeeper. She has attended numerous seminars sponsored by local and national associations on the topics of corporate entities and the estate probate process. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys sewing, painting and knitting.
