An attorney with the law firm of Carlin & Associates, P.A., Ms. Epstein's law practice concentrates on MaineCare and long-term care planning, as well as estate planning, tax planning, and guardianships/conservatorships. Before joining Carlin & Associates, Ms. Epstein assisted Judge William Childs at the Cumberland County Probate Court with management of adult guardianships and conservatorships, and decedents' estates. She is a member of the Elder Law Section and Women's Law Section of the Maine State Bar Association; the Cumberland Bar Association; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and she serves on the board of the Visiting Nurses Association. Ms. Epstein graduated from State University of New York at Geneseo, and earned her law degree, with honors, from the University of Maine School of Law. While at law school, she was selected as a member of the Maine Law Review, where she served as the Casenote/Comment Editor. Ms. Epstein is admitted to both the Maine and Massachusetts bar.
